Temporary Logistics Assistant

If you are active, and enjoy being on your feet, Stephen Austin have the role for you! We are currently recruiting for a number of Logistics Assistants to join our busy and friendly Warehouse Team. The role will involve loading and unloading lorries, picking and packing and dealing with boxes. This role is physically demanding and involves being on your feet all day.

Business Development Manager

Reporting to the Managing Director and overseeing Sales and Business development, the Business Development manager will look at GradeMaker’s capability to grow and develop our Archive and School Data services. The core objective of the role is to win new customers for the business. The role is based within GradeMakers head office in Witney, Oxfordshire.

Implementation Analyst

We have an exciting new vacancy for an experienced Implementation Analyst to join our established and developing team in Witney, Oxfordshire. The Implementation Consultant will report to the Managing Director and have responsibility for supporting the implementation of new software based services for UK and international education customers. The Implementation Consultant will help clients build bespoke software to suit their needs, follow it through to implement the software, train clients on how to use the software and once complete strive for continuous improvements as our technology develops and grows.

Junior Data Analyst

This entry level role would be suited to a data analyst at the beginning of their career as a first or a second job, or to an energetic graduate. The ideal candidate will be looking to progress their career within a dynamic DevOps team at Stephen Austin, being responsible for developing effective software solutions for internal and external customers. Main duties include developing internal systems for data transformation; reporting required for large scale production as well as taking part in future application development. In-house training will be provided.

Temporary Warehouse Assistant

If you are seeking a long term temporary position and are looking for a role you can get stuck into, we are keen to hear from you! We are currently recruiting for a number of Warehouse Assistants to work in our Hertford based Warehouse on a long-term temporary basis until September/October.

Client Service Administrator

Reporting to the Commercial Director and working within a large team, the Client Service Administrator is primarily responsible for client administration as well as providing a broad range pro active administrative support to the Commercial Director and Client Service Team, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, efficient and accurate work and well maintained relationships with clients and suppliers.

Logistics Administrator

The Logistics Administrator will support day to day administration within the logistics department whilst and provide key assistance to the Logistics Manager with administration whilst communicating with other business areas on behalf of the Logistics Department. The role will involve general administration including updating electronic records, scheduling deliveries and warehouse activities, problem solving, stock maintenance and ensuring equipment is compliant with health and safety requirements.

Warehouse Team Leader

Working as a Team Leader within our Fulfilment team, you will provide effective management to a small team to ensure that picking and packing operations are carried out in a safe, efficient and effective manner. You will be part of the team in day to day operations and provide first line support to staff.
